Theraputic Approach

My name is Lil (they/them). I offer therapy for individuals and intimate partners. While much of my practice is centred around the queer and neurodivergent communities, my practice is open to people of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures (including both monogamous and non-monogamous).

How We’ll Work Together

I will always endeavor to work at your pace, offering a balance of internal exploration and practical support:

  • Understanding your story: We’ll explore how your past experiences and relationships shape how you feel today.

  • Helpful tools: We’ll build practical strategies to help you navigate overwhelming emotions and stress when they arise in daily life.

  • Listening to the body: Because trauma and stress are often held physically, we can incorporate gentle body-based techniques to help you reconnect with yourself.

  • Inclusive Care: I recognise that traditional psychology was largely built around narrow, Eurocentric frameworks. I am committed to an anti-oppressive practice that honours your unique culture, background, and lived experience.

Working with Intimate Partners

When working with intimate partners, I don't prescribe a ‘right’ way to have a relationship. Instead, I strive to help you and your partner(s) break out of frustrating communication loops, feel genuinely heard, and build deeper trust.

Areas I Can Help With

Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or just feeling stuck, I have experience supporting people through:

  • Anxiety, stress, and depression

  • Gender dysphoria, identity, and body image

  • Trauma, grief, and difficult life transitions

  • Relationship issues, attachment patterns

  • Healing from a betrayal

  • Navigating ethical non-monogamy

  • Substance use, eating disorders, OCD, and psychosis

If you feel as though we could be a good fit, feel free to reach out for an introductory call or session.
